Janita, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing this wonderful book. I am finding it a source of recognition as well as eye-opener! Even though I have not yet finished reading it and haven’t completed all the exercises and therefore still have a number opportunities for growth ahead of me, I want to say right now that every parent should read this book. Wow!

Recognizable, true, fascinating, fluently written, very accessible. I wish I had found this book sooner. Fortunately, though, I found it in time to recognize that my daughter’s problems are also my own. This book confirmed my suspicions and better still: it explained a great deal. As far as I am concerned, this book should be compulsory for all parents (refers to Dutch version)

The title (refers to the Dutch version which translates as ‘the whispering child’), is far too woolly for the content of this book, which in fact offers an extremely concrete and clear way of looking at and working on your relationship with your child. This is also a very good book for therapists to read. It provides a clearer view of family dynamics (refers to Dutch version)

This book is not only for parents but also for teachers, therapists, etc. Anyone who has anything to do with children will find this useful. The world "must" read this; it should mandtory reading for anyone working with children! It would make parents' lives easier, let alone the lives of children. Great book. Go for it, conquer the world. You deserve it.

‘You should read this book Natascha’, a sentence I had heard often. A few weeks ago, I finally bought it. From the very first page, I was enchanted. The building of bridges between head, heart and hands is important to me and that is exactly what this book is about. Janita’s writing style is free, pure and 'down to earth' and the book is rich in imagery with a well balanced build up. It helps you to investigate the gift your child has to offer you. What do their behaviour, health and particular talents say about you? What can and may you do about them? The book is also a workbook and you can indeed get to work yourself. Then, if you do not succeed, you can visit a PresentChild^® Translator who has completed the Training. Simply reading the book though will provide your parenting with a powerful impetus.
